ClaimBack is an AI-powered document drafting tool that helps you write insurance appeal letters. ClaimBack is NOT a law firm, legal adviser, or regulated financial adviser. Nothing on ClaimBack constitutes legal advice. We provide a document drafting service only.

2. No Legal Advice

The content generated by ClaimBack, including appeal letters, fight plans, and counter-letters, is produced by AI for informational and drafting purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You should review all generated content carefully before use and seek independent legal advice for complex or high-value claims.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

ClaimBack makes no guarantee that using our service will result in a successful insurance appeal. Appeal outcomes depend on many factors including the specific facts of your claim, your insurer's policies, and applicable law. Statistics referenced on our site (such as appeal success rates) are general industry figures, not guarantees.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ClaimBack you agree to: (a) provide accurate information about your claim; (b) review all generated documents before sending them to your insurer; (c) use the service only for lawful purposes; (d) not use ClaimBack to make fraudulent insurance claims or misrepresent facts to your insurer.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment for ClaimBack features is processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Due to the immediate digital delivery of generated documents, we do not offer refunds once a document has been generated and displayed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at hello@claimback.app within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

ClaimBack retains all rights to the platform, code, and AI systems. Documents generated for you using your input data are yours to use. You may not resell, republish, or systematically extract content from ClaimBack without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimBack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any failed insurance appeals. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurer Relations

ClaimBack is an independent service and has no relationship with any insurance company mentioned on the platform. References to specific insurers, regulators, or regulations are for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any insurer.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ClaimBack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
